The apartments are equipped with heating, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezing compartment, 4-zones ceran stove, coffee machine and microwave oven. In the bathroom there are a bathtub, a shower and WC. Each apartment has a balcony and a terrace with an adjoining lawn for sunbathing, as well as a garage. In the apartments there is room for 2-6 persons.
The price starts from 55,00 Euro until 100,00 Euro for night for 2 persons (minimum stay 3 nights).For each additional guest we charge 10,00 Euro. The prices can vary according to season, and in addition a local tax of 0,70 Euro per night per person has to be paid. (Children up to the age of 14 years are exempt from this tax). The price includes bed linens, towels, heating, electricity, water, garage and cleaning on departure.

culture. The UltentalCard unlocks a multifaceted world of experiences in
the Ultental Valley and throughout the region.
With the UltentalCard, a
one-day round trip starts on the Schwemmalm cable car and includes free use
of the Weissbrunn shuttle for hikers. Cardholders also have free access to
all museums in the Ultental Valley as well as in over 80 museums located
throughout South Tyrol. Sports enthusiasts can use it to access the
municipal swimming pool in Ultimo/Ulten, enjoy the open air ice rink in
Pracupola/Kuppelwies and go cross-country skiing on the Ultental Valley
cross-country ski trail.
UltentalCard holders are also entitled to free
public transport anywhere in South Tyrol!
The UltentalCard comes at no
extra cost and is included in the price of your room. Issued on arrival, it
remains valid for the duration of your stay.
